• The office is permanently closed. Existing patients can access their records on their patient portal. Note that expired Rx's are not available on the portal. For assistance, email eyewearenvy@gmail.com.

• Tuesday: by appointment only
• Wednesday: by appointment only
• Thursday: Closed
• Friday: 10 am - 4 pm
• Saturday: 9 am - 1 pm

  If you are unable to schedule online please call or email to request an appointment. We are taking routine appointments as well as for urgent care, office visits for non-routine care (diabetes, glaucoma evaluations, infections, red eyes, dry eye evaluations, etc.)
  
  Appointments are required for all visits, including placing and picking up orders.
